Environmental & Social Care

Pandawa Energy plans to redefine the use of renewable energy in Indonesia and the region through strong socialization of the real power and benefits of Green-Renewable Energy to the regions' population, and therefore instill the increasing possibility of a Greener Future.  We will increase the level of consciousness towards the need to protect our environment.

This increased awareness of clean nature and alternative energy resources has formed a new global trend of environmentally conscious energy producers.  We hope that we can continue to contribute to this cause.

More energy providers choose to develop alternative energy sources.  Being aware of the need to provide clean and sustainable energy, Pandawa Energy always conducts environmental impact studies in its geothermal resources development and operation.

As an implementation of our efforts to preserve the balance of our geothermal resources surroundings, we conduct environmental analyses that review potential negative impacts that may occur if and when the project moves to production stage.  The assessment focuses on seismic and geo-hazards, volcanic or hydrothermal eruptions, and other public safety issues.

Pandawa Energy takes its social responsibilities and obligations very seriously. It works pro-actively with all of the communities with which it is involved, and conducts extensive programs aimed at both community relations and community developments.

The aim is to build capacity in local communities, governments, neighbors and other interested parties, and to develop and improve the lives of local people by assisting them with infrastructure, education, places of worship, improved health and sanitation, small business development and recreational opportunities.  Through these activities, we expect the communities around production sites also gain direct benefits from our projects.

Pandawa Energy not only wants this attention to stop merely at the planning phases, however it wants to see it become a successful reality for communities, employees, and all stakeholders involved.
