Sector Expertise. Our management, financial and operational professionals have expertise in the general infrastructure sector and more specifically in the geothermal industry. In addition, we have access to the sector expertise of a broad array of former senior corporate executives with whom we have established informal and formal proprietary advisory relationships and who work closely with our key professionals, helping us to source and analyze potential project and investment opportunities. Strategic Partnerships. We believe this strategy will lead to a significant number of co-investment opportunities for our portfolio renewable energy projects over the next several years, and consider that teaming up with strategic partners enables us to benefit from access to their knowledge base and anticipated synergies and to compete more effectively in the industry. We believe that our specialized renewable energy development in Indonesia and the region provides the most attractive opportunities, and we are therefore focused on pursuing these types of opportunities in the Southeast Asian emerging markets.
