Pandawa Energy is a company duly established and validly existing under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The Company was founded by a strategic investment and management firm headquartered in New York, U.S.A., as a renewable energy company to specifically invest, develop and operate clean, green and sustainable renewable energy assets in Indonesia and the Southeast Asia region. Pandawa Energy is managed by a group of veteran entrepreneurial management, investment and operational professionals collectively with close to a century of proven experience in a broad range of sectors in emerging markets.
